Send all refund/return enquiries to email@example.com in the first instance. Our products are made with the finest organic silk materials and if you are unsatisfied in any way, we want to know.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, then contact us within 14 days from the date you receive the goods. Please provide the order number and your name and we will send you details on how to proceed. Important: please be sure that the products are in unused and unworn condition in the original packaging, otherwise we cannot proceed a return. Due to hygiene reasons, face masks are non refundable or returnable.
If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different colour, no problem. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries. Please make sure that the products are in unused and unworn condition in the original packaging.
Any refunds will be processed (excluding the shipping costs) as soon as we receive and approve your return. You will be notified by e-mail about the procedure. Please allow 2-5 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
